What Should We Include In Our Wedding Program? When Should I Order My Programs or Program Fans? You can order your wedding programs as soon as your details are final; most brides order 4-6 weeks before their wedding. If you have less than 3 weeks before your wedding, you may need to pay for expedited shipping, and if you have less than 2 weeks your choice of style will be limited. Please contact us right away if you are in this time frame. How Do I Send My Text to You? What About Photos? Once you place your order, you will receive an automated email confirmation which contains instructions for sending your program text and photograph(s) (if you've ordered a photo program). Please contact us if this email is not received. An outline will be provided for your courtesy in MS Word format. If you do not have MS Word, you may be able to use our outline with other compatible software programs. If not, please let us know and we will send it in a plain text format for you. Two of the most commonly confused terms are Sample and Proof. - A sample is a piece of invitation or card stock. It's sole purpose is to see the colors, embossing or design, and size and to feel the texture of an item you are considering ordering. It will generally be blank, though in some instances it may have printing on it. Samples may or may not contain embellishments such as ribbons, tassels, bows, sleeves, cases or accents.
We regret that we are unable to provide free samples. You may request a rebate on your samples (up to $10) if you place an order within 90 days of $100 or more. Simply indicate in the comments box that you are requesting a sample rebate and the amount paid for samples, less shipping, will be deducted from your order total (up to $10). You must ask for this at the time you order. A proof is sent via email (.PDF) or fax and is a photographic reproduction of the typeset for the job. It is not intended to show the ink color, paper stock and quality of the finished product. The proof may be slightly distorted due to the nature of the faxing and scanning process. A proof is on plain paper and is NOT produced on the actual card stock for the item, nor is it raised print or printed in the actual color of the item. A proof will generally not show embossing or preprinted designs that are on the card stock. For example, if the item you choose has embossed roses, those roses will not show on the proof - only what we are printing. All program orders are proofed at NO charge. Reproofs due to significant changes by the customer may be billed at the rate of $5 each.
A proof is only available as part of an actual order. We cannot produce proofs in advance of an order and normal cancellation fees will apply should you not proceed with the order once the proofs are produced.
Email proofs can add from one to five business days to the production time of your order. If a hard copy needs to be mailed to you due to a large amount of copy, small type size or a photograph, additional time may be needed.
This is the REAL PROOF of your ACTUAL invitation or program, exactly as it will be printed, not a computer generated preview. Returns/Reprints While we try to make our images reasonable portrayals of our products, there will be variances due to the scanning process and the difference in monitors. If in doubt about any product, including but not limited to, size, color or texture, please email. Include the item number or color in question, along with your specific question(s).
We do our best to make sure each item is portrayed as accurately as possible and shipped exactly as it is ordered. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have a concern with your order. We are unable to accept returns, but will cheerfully replace any item which is defective or misprinted due to our error.
All orders that are placed on our web site are reviewed by invitation specialists. We cannot guarantee that we will always catch customer errors, especially the spelling of proper names. Please review your wording carefully.
Misprinted Items: If any of your stationery items or printed accessories are misprinted please let us know as soon as you receive your order either by phone or e-mail. If we made an error when we submitted your order for printing we will have any misprinted items reprinted at no additional cost to you.
In the unfortunate instance of an error in your wording, we will work with you to correct the mistake quickly and reprint your order at a discount.
Proofs are provided on all program orders and the proof must be approved by the customer, therefore certifying that the copy and layout is correct.
Refunds/Returns are not possible. Order Cancellation Generally speaking, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. If we are able to cancel the order, there will be a $25 service fee assessed to your account in addition to any proof fees and charges for work already done. Orders which contain artwork or photographs have a minimum cancellation fee of $35. If your order has begun processing, it can not be cancelled. |
